FA Rule 2.13 (Publication of Ownership)
In accordance with Football Association Rule 2.13 (Publication of Ownership), Hadley Football Club is a wholly-owned entity of Hadley Football Club Limited, Company Number 14266734 (incorporated on 1 August 2022).
The directors of Hadley Football Club Limited are Oliver Deed, Steve Gray, Graham Hill, Robert Kent and Stephen Pankhurst. Steve Gray has a significant interest as defined by the Football Association. Hadley Football Club Limited does not issue a dividend to any directors or shareholders and there are no employees of the company - it is not-for-profit.
The Management Committee of Hadley Football Club looks after the day-to-day operation of the club.
